7 Chakras

What is Reiki?

Based on the framework that underlies Reiki treatment, we not only have a physical body, but also an energy body. Reiki is a very simple and beautiful technique that works on this energy body.

Reiki means ‘universal life energy’ or ‘life force energy’ – the energy that constantly flows into the world from the source of life. Health arises when we are fully connected to this source. Reiki treatment utilises the life force energy to establish this connection and heal all layers of our being: mind, body and spirit, and helps balance. It connects our mental, emotional and physical lives.

How is Reiki applied?

Reiki treatment is usually applied through various points of a person’s body that are linked to our 7 chakras. Chakras are centres through which universal life energy flows into us. Reiki can be given through gentle touch, through massage, or even without physical contact. It’s usually performed on a treatment bed and is accompanied by relaxing music and aromas (we use Maharishi Ayurveda oils and The Mother’s India Fragrances).

How can Reiki help you?

Whenever you feel out of sorts you are, in a sense, out of source. Reiki helps you reconnect to the source of your life.

According to Reiki most problems arise due to overactive or underactive energy centres or chakras. At the beginning of the session, the therapist establishes the state of each chakra. As the treatment progresses, Reiki brings these energy centres back into balance.

During treatment, Reiki also brings profound rest for body, mind and emotions, and people often come along for treatment because of the relaxation it offers. This deep state of rest automatically switches on our natural healing ability.

The more we allow Reiki into our system the more healing we experience.

Because Reiki works on the energy level it is holistic in nature and heals on multiple levels simultaneously

Unexpected side-benefits

Sometimes the effect of Reiki is not obvious to us, and it might be different to our expectations. However, Reiki always works for the highest good of the person receiving it.

The beauty of Reiki energy is that it works behind the scenes, orchestrating the outcomes in ways we can’t always logically explain.

The power of Reiki flow opens the door to new way of thinking; bringing realisations, the “right” people, other tools, solutions and best outcomes to us.

With Reiki you “let go and let God”!

You can become a Reiki healer

Once people feel the benefits of Reiki they often want to give it themselves. We offer three levels of courses in Reiki: Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki 3.

For more information on our courses, please send us a message on our contacts page.

As a Reiki therapist, once you get attuned, your physiology goes through a real transformation. This often leads to a greater acceptance, understanding and surrender to something bigger than ourselves. It takes us to ONEness.

There are many ways of explaining what that ONEness, or the bigger part we tune into through Reiki, is. Some call it God, transcendence, the vortex, unified field, the source, nirvana, soul, greater intelligence, spirit, nature, or higher self. Others might just see it in a popular slogan “KEEP CALM!”

No matter what your belief system is and how you choose to describe it, becoming the ONE with that greater, connected part of ourselves, not only unities us with others but also brings many wonderful benefits, helping us in fulfillment of our desires, bringing clarity, showing a bigger picture and connecting us with success in every area of our life.

Reiki literally opens up doors to new dimensions, to things we never dreamt possible, and it gives us access to the purest unconditional love available.

As the energy we tune into is pure energy, it is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient. Reiki is available to all who wish to tap into it, accept it, and become ONE with its wisdom. It also enables us to give and receive distant healing. Although it might be hard to comprehend, distant healing can be as effective as one-to-one and group sessions.
